1. Delivery Times
Delivery times
will be calculated on order of product. Customers will be notified
by email.
2. Delivery Prices
Delivery prices
will be calculated at time of ordering and added to invoices
3. Title of goods
The goods remain
the property of Cheer For Gear until the items have been paid for in
full and delivery has been made.
4. Stock and
Custom Uniforms payments

Cheer For Gear
require a 50% deposit on all uniform orders. Deposits will be lost
if order is cancelled after order confirmation is signed.

Goods will only be
dispatched when invoice has been paid in full
5. Stock and
Custom Uniform Guidelines

Measurement
instructions must be followed. It is the responsibility of the
customer to in sure that Cheer For Gear get the correct measurements
for each uniform.

Order confirmation
must be signed by the customer to complete the order for
manufacturer.

Returns can only
be made on defects of workmanship. Cheer For Gear must be notified
within 7 days of receipt of goods.
6. Cheer For Gear
Poms
Cheer for Gear
must receive full payment for Poms before order goes to manufacture.
Poms are made custom to the individual customer and therefore
refunds will only be given on defects of workmanship.
6. Guarantee
All Cheer For Gear
products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If defects
are found please contact Cheer For Gear immediately.
